Bank of the Islands Supports Feed My Starving Children Event
Bank of the Islands proudly announces its return as a sponsor and volunteer team for the annual Feed My Starving Children MobilePack. The 2026 MobilPack will take place on February 6 and 7 and the Sanibel Community Church at 1740 Periwinkle Way.
The Bank is also encouraging its customers and neighbors to join them as volunteers.
“We are so happy to help support the good work of Feed My Starving Children both financially and with our time as volunteers,” said Bank of the Islands President Robbie Roepstorff. “They have set an impressive goal of packing and distributing 225,000 packaged meals, so we hope others in our Southwest Florida community will consider joining the two-day effort.”
Feed My Starving Children is a national nonprofit organization that works with local volunteers to pack healthy meals for children in need throughout the world. Volunteers are encouraged to register through info@sanibelchurch.com or by sending an email to dave.truelsen@gmail.com.
