Bank of the Islands donates to CHR
Bank of the Islands recently made its latest non-profit donation through its We Love Our Islands program. Longtime islander Marvin “Rookie” Bradley was the latest lucky winner. Bradley chose Community Housing and Resources, Inc. (CHR) to receive the Bank’s $600 donation.
This donation marks $159,800 given away to date through Bank of the Islands’ We Love Our Islands program. It also represents the Bank’s ongoing commitment to doubling its weekly outlay for the program.
“We are so pleased that Rookie wanted CHR to receive the Bank’s latest We Love Our Islands donation,” said Bank of the Islands President Robbie Roepstorff. “Through the provision of quality affordable housing on Sanibel, CHR ensures that workers, seniors, and families with children can thrive in a community of diversity. Thanks to Rookie’s selection, we are happy to once again support their exceptional work.”
All islanders are invited to visit the Bank’s Sanibel or Captiva offices to pick up a vehicle decal and learn more about the We Love Our Islands program and how you and your favorite charity can become our next lucky winners.
