Robbie Roepstorff receives Community Impact Award from Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce

Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands is proud to announce that Robbie Roepstorff has received the Community Impact Award at the fifth annual Greater Fort Myers Chamber Awards. Roepstorff earned the top honor for her outstanding contributions to the community through her leadership roles and philanthropic efforts.

The annual Chamber Awards ceremony recognizes individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations whose leadership, innovation and commitment continue to strengthen the Southwest Florida business community. The Community Impact Award recognizes an individual who has made a significant impact on their community and profession throughout their career, either through leadership of their organization’s charitable efforts or through personal efforts.

Roepstorff was honored during the July 30 ceremony at Caloosa Sound Convention Center in downtown Fort Myers. Finalists were recognized across eight different award categories, with one winner selected in each category. This year’s celebration welcomed more than 500 attendees, making it the largest Chamber Awards event in the organization’s history.

“I’m truly honored to receive this award and am grateful for the wonderful people I’ve had the opportunity to work with in our community,” said Robbie Roepstorff, president of Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands. “I’ve always believed that when we all work together to help others, we can make a real difference. Southwest Florida is my home, and it’s a privilege to give back in any way I can.”
