4th of July Parade Shirts at Bank of the Islands

Sanibel’s 30th Annual Independence Day Parade is fast approaching and Bank of the Islands has parade shirts available for sale. T-shirts can be purchased at the bank’s Sanibel office at 1699 Periwinkle Way, at the intersection with Casa Ybel Road.

“We are so proud to be joining the Island Sun and the City of Sanibel as Co-Presenting Sponsors of the 2022 4th of July Parade. Helping with this popular island tradition is such a great way to show how much we appreciate being your island bank,” said David Lowden, Bank of the Islands’ V.P. – Private Client Relations. “Please help defray the parade expenses and show your patriotic spirit on Independence Day by buying these great t-shirts while they last!”

This year’s artwork was done by Rachel Pierce of Rachel Pierce Art Gallery at 1571 Periwinkle Way. All islanders are invited to stop by the Bank’s Sanibel office during banking hours to choose their shirts. The t-shirts are $10.00 for sizes small to extra-large and $12.00 for XXL.

Bank of the Islands, a name synonymous with island community banking since 1974, is located at 1699 Periwinkle Way, at the corner of Casa Ybel Road, on Sanibel. The Captiva office is at 14812 Captiva Drive, next to the Captiva Post Office. As the oldest locally owned and managed community bank on the islands, Bank of the Islands is proud to be the winner of 50 “Best of the Islands” awards since 1998, including being chosen the Best Island Bank for 23 years straight.
