Bank of the Islands gives to F.I.S.H.
Bank of the Islands recently made its latest non-profit donation through its “We Love Our Islands” program. The lucky winner, Pat Boris, was spotted at the bank’s Captiva office with a “We Love Our Islands” decal on her vehicle, winning her the right to select which local non-profit organization would receive a charitable contribution from Bank of the Islands. Boris chose to donate the bank’s $1,700 to F.I.S.H. That donation marks $84,100 given away to date through Bank of the Islands’ We Love Our Islands program.
“As a F.I.S.H. board member, I know how important their services are for our island neighbors in need,” said Willy Ocasio, Bank of the Islands Vice President and Sanibel-Captiva Office Manager. “When extra help is needed, it’s so important that F.I.S.H. is there to provide a hand up in a meaningful way. This donation is a great way to show how much we appreciate being your island bank!” All islanders are invited to visit the bank’s Sanibel or Captiva office to learn more about the “We Love Our Islands” program and how you and your favorite charity can become our next lucky winners.
